MyChart system maintenance notification

New features added to MyChart:
New Care Everywhere Educational info
To help patients better understand why and how their medical information is shared with other healthcare organizations, MyChart now includes new educational pages about Care Everywhere.
Patients can access these pages from the Sharing Hub by:
- Selecting "Healthcare provider" as who they want to share with, and then "Manage how your health record is shared" and "Learn how healthcare organizations share your health record."
- Clicking the new "Learn more about how your health record can be shared" link at the bottom of the page.
Passkey Login Comes to MyChart Mobile
Patients can now use passkeys on the MyChart mobile app as long as they've updated the mobile app to version 11.6. This provides a safer and more convenient way to log in to MyChart. Passkey login was previously available only on the MyChart website.
To add a passkey on the mobile app, patients can go to the Passkey Management page from the Account Settings page, just like they would in the browse
Unified Username and Password Recovery in MyChart
Patients can now recover either their username or password using a verified email address or phone number in a new account recovery workflow in MyChart.
