Urgent Care Hours

Noon–8 p.m.

Whether it’s sniffles, aches and pains or bumps and bruises, UTMB Health’s Urgent Care clinics are open evenings and weekends to bring you relief. Located near you and staffed by UTMB physicians and medical professionals, these sites provide quality care and prompt attention for injuries and illnesses that are not life threatening.

Visit urgent care for a wide range of health issues and conditions including: 
  • Abdominal pain - mild
  • Allergic reactions - mild to moderate
  • Asthma attacks - mild to moderate
  • Colds, coughs & flu
  • Dehydration or heat exhaustion
  • Ear and eye infections
  • Fever
  • Minor burns
  • Minor eye injuries
  • Minor fractures
  • Scrapes, minor cuts and bruises
  • Sinus infections
  • Skin infections and rashes
  • Sore throat
  • Sports injuries, falls, sprains & strains
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Vomiting & diarrhea

Urgent Care Center

Located inside the Specialty Care Center at UTMB Health's League City Campus, the Urgent Care Center is directly on the northbound feeder road on I-45 (exit 20), between FM 646 and Hwy 96 (League City Parkway). Both children and adults are served at this site.

Pediatric After-Hours Urgent Care, League City

One of two UTMB pediatric-focused urgent care clinics, this site provides expert care and a caring, kid-friendly environment for your child. There’s always a pediatrician on-site to quickly address your child’s urgent health care needs.

One of two UTMB pediatric-focused urgent care clinics, this site provides expert care and a caring, kid-friendly environment for your child. There’s always a pediatrician on-site to quickly address your child’s urgent health care needs.

The newest addition to UTMB's family of urgent care sites, the Alvin clinic is the perfect complement to the primary and specialty care services offered during the day at this popular new UTMB facility. Both children and adults are served at this site.

UTMB Emergency Department Visit the UTMB Emergency Department main web page.

UTMB features two Emergency Rooms; one at its Angleton Danbury Campus and one in Galveston. The Emergency Department (ED) on the Galveston campus houses a wide range of equipment and offers patients access to advanced technology, such as CT scans and other diagnostic imaging. It is the only Level I Trauma Center in the region that is also a Level I Burn Center. UTMB is also certified by the Joint Commission as a Primary Stroke Center.
