Lunch Bunch began as the Breakfast Club in May 2012. The early morning sessions shared some of the same types of interesting and relevant health information and tips. Attendees said lunchtime would be more convenient; the Breakfast Club became the Lunch Bunch and changed from every-other-month to a monthly schedule.
