The UTMB Health League City Campus Emergency Department is a Level III Trauma Center, certified by the American College of Surgeons.

The League City Campus offers a 24-Hour Emergency Department equipped with CT, X-Ray, ultrasound, and MRI capabilities, full diagnostics lab and respiratory services, as well as a telemetry monitoring system, enabling patients to have freedom of mobility.
