UTMB Health's Department of Plastic Surgery held their annual Breast Reconstruction Awareness (BRA) Day events on Wednesday, October 17. The day kicked off with a breakfast to honor breast cancer survivors at our Jennie Sealy hospital. The events resumed that evening at the League City Campus with a Myth Busters Q&A on breast health, a BRA decorating contest, and Ladies Night Out featuring vendors and food. It was a great event to honor those who fought but lost their battle and encourage those still fighting breast cancer.
