Angleton Danbury Gala Luncheon - A Golden Legacy Of Service
In April 1969, a bold concept to provide quality health care for the Angleton Danbury community and Brazoria County took shape. With the founding of the Angleton Danbury Medical Center and the recruitment of a corps of dedicated volunteers to support the medical center’s endeavors, the Auxiliary of Angleton Danbury was born.
Now, 50 years later, also marking a five year partnership with UTMB Health, we take a moment to celebrate the excellence in health care that has made the UTMB Health Angleton Danbury Campus a place to come for healing, wellness, and a community of extended “family” members to assist with life’s challenges and share in life’s joys.
We invite you to join us on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. at The Springs Event Venue in Angleton (1950 County Road 220) for a 50th Gala Luncheon celebration honoring the years of service and support from the Angleton Danbury Hospital District, and the nearly 200 dedicated volunteers from the Auxiliary of Angleton Danbury, many of whom have continuously served this hospital community for the past 50 years.
If you have ever benefited personally, or if you know someone who has received the benefit of health care excellence or the kindness from one of the memorable Auxiliary volunteers, we ask that you consider participating in this 50th Anniversary celebrating a Golden Legacy of Service. It is a powerful way to say “thank you” to those who have served the community for fifty years. We look forward to seeing you on April 25th!
