2012-2013 Holiday Clinic Hours at UTMB Health

As the UTMB community makes plans to celebrate the upcoming holidays, a modified clinic schedule has been put in place.

Most UTMB clinics will be closed on Monday, Dec. 24 through Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012. Most clinics will also be closed on New Year's Day, Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013. UTMB Health Hospitals and the Trauma Center will remain open, as will the services noted below:

Monday, December 24, 2012 (Christmas Eve)

• All regular Pediatric & Adult Clinics CLOSED
• Both Pediatric Urgent Care locations open shortened holiday hours:
  Noon – 6 p.m.

Tuesday, December 25, 2012 (Christmas Day)

• All clinics closed, including both Pediatric Urgent Care locations

Wednesday, December 26, 2012

• Academic Pediatric Primary Care at Bay Colony open: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  (Establish patients, walk-in sick visits only)

• Both Pediatric Urgent Care locations open regular holiday hours:
  Noon – 8 p.m.

• All other clinics closed

Thursday, December 27, 2012

• All clinics open regular weekday hours

Friday, December 28, 2012

• All clinics open regular weekday hours

Saturday and Sunday, December 29-30, 2012

• Both Pediatric Urgent Care locations open regular weekend hours: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Monday, December 31, 2012 (New Year’s Eve)

• All clinics open regular weekday hours

Tuesday, January 1, 2013 (New Year’s Day)

• All regular Pediatric & Adult Clinics closed
• Both Pediatric Urgent Care locations open regular holiday hours:
  Noon – 8 p.m.

The UTMB Trauma Center/Emergency Department is at 901 Harborside Dr. in Galveston, and is open day or night. All UTMB Health offices and facilities will resume their regular schedules on Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2012.
