Dr. Underbrink graduated from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in Houston and completed his surgical internship and residency training in otolaryngology at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He then went on to complete a clinical laryngology fellowship at the University of Washington School of Medicine, which included training at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.
