Dr. Hussein rejoined UTMB’s Department of Family Medicine in 2010. She attended medical school at the University of Szeged Medical School in Hungary. Dr. Hussein completed her residency at UTMB in the Department of Family Medicine. Dr. Hussein is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine and in Holistic Medicine by the American Board of Holistic Medicine. Dr. Hussein’s interests are family medicine, holistic medicine and medical student education.
