How to Refer a Patient to UTMB Hand Surgery
We have two convenient clinical locations for our patients, one at the University Hospital in Galveston and the other at the Victory Lakes Specialty Center in League City. If you would like to refer a patient to UTMB Hand Surgery, please call our office at ------------ for the University Hospital Clinic and --------- for the Victory Lakes Special Care Center. Our patient representatives will work with your staff to schedule an appointment. To expedite the referral process for new patients, you can fax your patient demographic information sheet to ---------. Please include a contact name and phone number, and we will call you with detailed information regarding the appointment.
Our hand surgery clinics operate Monday mornings at the Victory Lakes Specialty Center and Wednesday mornings at the University Hospital. In order to accommodate you and your patients, we can provide same-day appointments on those days. If it is an emergency, the patient should be referred to a nearby emergency room. If you need urgent access but not emergent access to our hand clinic, please call--------- M – F 8am – 5pm
