The Center for Obesity and Metabolic Surgery offers free public seminars on weight loss options. The seminars include:

• an overview of the Medical Program - a behavior modification management program;
• the weight loss surgical options offered by the Center for Obesity and Metabolic Surgery:
        *Roux-en-y Gastric Bypass,
        *LAP BAND AP(TM) Adjustable Gastric Banding System by Allergan,
        *REALIZE(TM) Adjustable Gastric Band by Ethicon Endo-Surgery,
        *Gastric Sleeve procedure, as well as revisions of previous bariatric surgeries;
• and the risks and benefits of weight loss surgery.
